spacious room downstairs pub nice breakfast walking distance
i appreciated the spacious room. it was convenient having the pub downstairs. i enjoyed breakfast and drinks before bed. the pier and centre were a nice walking distance away.
the bathroom sink was slightly blocked. this was a minor issue. it didn't significantly impact my stay

good experience near the centre
nice room good location essential snacks limited parking
the room are nice and there wasn't drama during arrival. the location are good because is near bournemouth international centre for events. a supermarket across the road provides essential snacks. i liked the convenience this provided after long days.
the car parking has limited spaces. i was lucky to secure one of only three available spots. guests needs to be aware of this limitation.

fast check-in comfortable bed efficient shower
Check-in was super fast and my room was large I noticed very clean. I loved the good decor and the bed was comfortable and helped me get a good night's rest. The toilets were large and the shower was impressively efficient after a long day.
The walls are super thin it was hard to sleep due to noise from other rooms. I could hear doors opening and shutting and they sounded like slams.

blocked sink broken shower door
i was a little disappointed with a few things. the bathroom sink did not drain properly, so it was hard to use. the shower space seemed small and the door did not close right. some of the staff didn't even say hello, which i found impolite.

The staff was friendly and helpful.
I found the cleanliness lacking. The shower had curly hair, and I had to clean it myself. The remote control was also full of dirt, and the blinds were partially broken. The parking was also an issue, as there was no guaranteed parking space at the hotel.

a perfect getaway
seamless check-in fresh linens cozy atmosphere
the staff was friendly upon arrival and check-in was seamless i received a warm welcome and felt immediately at ease. the room was pristine with fresh linens and ample space for my belongings i especially liked the modern bathroom with a powerful shower. the pub downstairs provided a cozy atmosphere with live music and a great selection of drinks it was perfect after a long day.
i had difficulty finding parking initially the hotel has limited spaces so i had to park a short walk away on a nearby street it caused a slight delay upon arrival.

the staff demonstrated consistent helpfulness i requested extra towels and they arrived promptly the team also provided useful information about local attractions and transportation options their attentiveness improved my stay.
